Virginia,
I have not tried RL26 in my 7 RM. I have a load with RL26 in one 6.5 PRC and N565 in another 6.5 PRC and in these 6.5 PRCs I have found them to be similar with the velocity in one load at 3003 fps and the load in the other at 3009 fps. Both the same length barrel. I'd have to go back to my notes to see which pressured out sooner but as far as a load goes, I see them equal in the 6.5 PRC.
I figured they were pretty equal and it might come down to better SD, ES and temp stability. Once again thanks for such great info and real world data.
You going to take your 7 RM on any hunts this season? Your load data for the 190 looks like it should be a hammer on game. Lots of game has been killed with much less.

I haven't made a decision on what to take on my Idaho deer hunt but I'm leaning to my 30 Sherman mag+P. It is ready to go and validated. There's some long range possibilities where were going.

Resurrecting this thread as it’s on a topic I’m interested in, long throats for high BC bullets. I’m working on building a 7 rem mag and would like to be able to use higher BC, longer rounds. If I extend the throat of my gun for this, how will it impact the use of factory ammo if I’m forced that direction?

No one can really answer that. The simple answer is it may shoot better or it may shoot worse than it would have prior to throating.
